Roberto was Born in Cosenza on 27 August 1970, he graduated in Chemical Engineering (VO) at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Calabria in 2004. His passion for sports, fitness and nutrition led him to enroll in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Nutrition and Health Sciences at the University of Calabria, where he will obtain the title of doctor in Nutrition Sciences (new system) in September 2007 and then the Specialist Degree in September 2009.
In 2005 he participates in the master "Advanced Nutrition and Nutritional Supplements "and" Understanding metabolic profiling for understanding of obesity and diabetes mechanism "at the University of Berkeley-CA-USA. In 2012 he enrolled in the second year of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro.
He has carried out seminary activities at the university courses of "Nutritional Biochemistry" and "Dietary Techniques" as part of the degree course in Nutrition Science at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Sciences of Nutrition and Health of the University of Calabria. Acquired the fundamentals of the Biochemistry of Nutrition, Nutrition Physiology, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology and Nutrition in the Different Physiological and Pathological States.
Dr. Cannataro currently collaborates as a Nutritionist with the Center of Medicine Easy of Cosenza; the 4 plus company of Padova for the development and characterization of food supplements and is responsible for the nutrition and integration of various sports centers in southern Italy. He also established the NUTRICS nutrition center located in Luzzi (CS) of which he is the owner. He currently holds the teaching position for the MCB course at the Essence Academy in Monza.
