Robert Lieberman

Robert Lieberman has been a CI manager/practitioner for nearly 25 years. He began his CI career as a project manager and editor at Washington Information Group (WIG), a pioneer CI consultancy that was a founding SCIP member. Subsequently, he became research director of WIG’s CI practice before becoming a CI practitioner in the pharmaceutical industry.

Bob started the commercial CI operation at The Upjohn Co. in 1994 and was integral in helping establish and grow the CI groups at successor companies Pharmacia & Upjohn and Pharmacia. He later helped start and develop the CI group at a mid-tier pharmaceutical company. He currently is deputy director of global CI at Bayer Heathcare Pharmaceuticals, and based in Whippany, New Jersey.
