Dr. Robert M. Gow graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia in 1976. He completed his residency in pediatrics at the Royal Children’s Hospital in 1981 and in cardiology at the Hospital for Sick Children (Sick Kids) in Toronto in 1985. He was director of the Arrhythmia Service at Sick Kids from 1989 to 1998 and Chief of Cardiology at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) in Ottawa from 1998 to 2005. Currently, Dr. Gow oversees the arrhythmia and pacemaker clinics at CHEO. His main interests include the management of children with inherited arrhythmias and sudden death in the pediatric age group.
