Dr. Garvin is a board-certified and fellowship-trained vascular surgeon. His clinical and research interests include carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysmal disease, and peripheral artery disease. He has extensive experience with carotid stenting, carotid surgery, aortic stenting and aortic surgery, and stenting and surgery of arteries in the lower extremities. He also provides vascular access for dialysis patients. Dr. Garvin earned his medical degree from Temple University. He completed his residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital and a fellowship in vascular surgery at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
