Dr. Robert Menzies is a fellowship trained, interventional pain management physician who has been practicing interventional pain management since 2008. Dr. Menzies is triple boarded in pain management, sports medicine and family medicine. As an intern, Dr. Menzies was appointed chief resident at John Peter Smith (JPS) and has been named to the list of “Top Doc” in Fort Worth multiple years. While at John Peter Smith, Dr. Menzies served as the Assistant Director for the Pain Management Fellowship program and was the Medical Director of John Peter Smith’s Pain Management Department.
Dr. Menzies is a recognized, international lecturer primarily in the field of peripheral nerve rhizotomy techniques and has researched and published multiple articles both in pain management and sports medicine. During his tenure at JPS, Dr. Menzies assisted in the coverage of TCU athletics, including the 2011 Rosebowl football team. Dr. Menzies lives in Fort Worth with his wife and enjoys running, biking and attending TCU football games.
