Robert Charles

Dr. Robert has deep experience in both product development and manufacturing, including medical device design, design for manufacturability, rapid prototyping, engineering design control, project management, and risk assessment. Robert started his career as an automation engineer at Motorola, and then at Nokia, he managed projects for custom, high-volume manufacturing equipment. He later led engineering teams at DEKA Research and Development, where he worked on the iBOT 4000 mobility system and other medical device projects. At Farm, Robert has managed several significant medical technology programs, and has become a specialist in robotics. Robert holds an MS in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech.
