Robert Casquejo PA-C

Robert J. Casquejo, PA-C, graduated with honors, holding a degree in Biology from Michigan State University. He completed his degree in medicine in the physician assistant program of Western Michigan University in 1999. Following graduation and completion of the boards, he worked in the trauma surgery service at the Toledo Hospital, and in the emergency department of the University of Michigan Hospital, for three years.

He began his emphasis in dermatology at the Macomb- Oakland Dermatology Associates practice in 2002, where he received training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic skin care, from physicians who were clinical instructors at Wayne State Medical School. This included the use of cosmetic and surgical lasers, surgical dermatology, skin cancer management, as well as an emphasis on the management of patients in a Psoriasis center.

In March 2012, Rob was a founding member of the Skin and Cancer Center of Scottsdale, where he currently practices with Dr. Brooke Blumetti. Having worked in dermatology since 2002, he continues to have a particular interest in the management of Psoriasis and practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Patients often laud him for his attention to detail and thoroughness and for his quick smile, sense of humor, and desire to have a warm, cordial relationship with all his patients.
