Dr. Robert Alexander has provided the Monroe, Snohomish, Edmonds and Lynnwood areas with the highest standards in cosmetic surgery. Always an innovator, he has helped introduce several new methods – among them, ultrasonic-assisted liposuction, tumescent syringe liposuction, and fat transfer.

In Addition to his cosmetic surgery practice, Dr. Alexander also is actively involved in teaching other surgeons. His teaching programs are recognized by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons.
