Robert A. Bashford MD

Dr. Bashford is Associate Dean for Admissions in the UNC School of Medicine. He holds appointments as full Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry as well as in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He continues to teach residents in those departments and is Co-Director of the annual Neurosciences Course for second-year medical students and maintains a busy private clinical practice in Psychiatry. Dr. Bashford also sees child psychiatry patients at the UNC Mental Health Specialists practice in Chapel Hill.
