Robbie Levy, MA, OTR/L founded Dynamic Kids in 1998 and serves as its’ Director/Owner. Prior to that, Ms. Levy was co-director of Building Blocks Therapy Associates for 13 years. Ms. Levy has her B.S. in Occupational Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania and her advanced Masters in O.T. from N.Y.U. with a specialty in Developmental Disabilities where she also taught. She has supervised and trained hundreds of therapists and graduate students from a variety of universities and colleges. She is a national lecturer for PESI Education providing full day courses to therapists, teachers and school administrators on Enhancing Childhood Development including topics on Sensory Integration, Play Techniques and Self-Regulation.
Locally, she is very involved with the Childcare Council of Westchester providing trainings and presentations to professionals and parent groups. She has lectured at The Young Child Expo in NYC, Zero to Three Network and WAEYC (Westchester Association for the Education of Young Children). She has participated in panel discussions on Children and Technology and has been quoted in Parents Magazine as well as numerous newspaper articles. She was honored to receive the 2015 Westchester Women of Influence Award sponsored by the Greyston Foundation.
Ms. Levy has many advanced trainings and certifications including Sensory Integration, SIPT, Therapeutic Listening, NDT, Handwriting without Tears, Wilbarger Protocol, How Does Your Engine Run and DIR-Floortime. She continues to be a mentor to her staff providing opportunities for individual on-site training and teaching
