Rita Fitzpatrick

Rita has over 30 years experience in clinical trials and medical emergency response services. After completing her studies in pharmacology and toxicology at University College Dublin, Rita began her career working in the Medical Information dept of a large pharmaceutical company in New Jersey. She then moved to London to join Guys Hospital Poisons Unit as an information scientist and developed her information and clinical skills delivering a 24-hour service for the medical profession providing information and clinical advice on the treatment and management of poisoned patients.
