He is responsible for establishing new customer engagement models, product life cycle management, business Analytics, modern trade, and e-commerce business, digitizing ways of working for sales reps, and building futuristic HCP and Patient engagement models. He has experience across therapies including Respiratory, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Gynecology, Opthalmology, Vaccines, and a few more. He has an MBA from NMIMS and a BPharm from Mumbai University. He also has a Management development certification from Singapore Management University.
