Richard Quinton MB BChir, MA, MD, FRCP, CCST

Richard Quinton is Consultant and Senior Lecturer in Endocrinology at the Royal Victoria Infirmary and the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He is also Regional Specialty Advisor for the UK Northern Deanery. Dr Quinton was awarded the Ralph Noble Prize by the University of Cambridge for his MD Thesis on hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, which remains his principal area of research interest. He undertook higher specialist training at the Royal Free and University College London-Middlesex Hospitals, London.
