Richard leads the function responsible for all pharmaceutical engineering projects >$1M and the global reliability program for Catalent, the world’s #1 drug development, delivery, and supply partner, Globally, covering 30+ sites in 15 countries across development, manufacturing, and supply. In the Fiscal year, 2019 Catalent spend over $200M in Capex globally improving existing capabilities and adding new capacity and capabilities.

Richard has been in the Pharmaceutical sector for more than 18 years and was with Lilly in a Global Process Improvement role prior to joining Catalent in September 2017. Richard has an MBA, a Degree in Mechanical Engineering for Imperial College London, is a Chartered Engineer in the UK, is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in the UK and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute in the UK.
