Richard E. Moses DO, JD

Dr. Richard E. Moses is a physician board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at the Temple University School of Medicine. He was the former Chairman of the Department of Medicine and Associate Medical Director for Medical Staff Development and Integration at Jeanes Hospital, part of the Temple University Health Care System.

Dr. Moses is an attorney was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Beasley Law School of Temple University where he taught “Current Topics in Law and Medicine." He worked with Temple’s Law School to develop the Center for Health Policy, Law, and Practice. A national speaker and educational consultant, Richard has authored numerous articles and educational programs on patient safety, risk management, quality improvement, health care compliance, and medical ethics. He is currently working at Eli Lilly & Company in Global Medical Affairs and Bio-Medicines.
