Richard Downey MD

Richard Stuart Downey, M.D. is a faculty member of the Department of Cardiac Surgery at the University of Michigan. He performs heart surgery services in Muskegon. Dr. Downey completed medical school at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York, NY. He completed his residency in general surgery at Barnes Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Downey also completed a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
