Richard Corder MHA

Richard Corder currently serves as a partner with Wellesley Partners, a healthcare consulting practice and executive coaching firm based in Wellesley, MA. Richard works with leaders and organizations to make healthcare more human, more people centered and safer. By focusing on the people that deliver care and the tools they need to effectively do their jobs, Richard helps create a culture that allows leaders to craft, lead and sustain organizational systems that generate improved results for caregivers, patients, their families, and the organization.

Prior to joining Wellesley Partners Richard served at CRICO Strategies, a division of The Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions (CRICO). Immediately prior to joining CRICO Strategies Richard held the position of Senior Director of Service Excellence at Massachusetts General Hospital, in this senior level service improvement role his responsibilities included culture shepherding, the strategic oversight of program design, project prioritization and execution, staff recruitment, and the design of training and mentoring programs.
