Richard A. Molteni MD, FAAP, AMA, SPR

Richard Molteni's leadership roles have prepared him to effectively evaluate and consult in the areas of operational assessment; patient safety assessment; executive leadership; medical staff leadership; incorporating tracer methodology and the periodic performance review as management tools; credentialing; privileging; and peer review issues.

Dr. Molteni has also worked internationally for many years for Project Hope, including Eastern Europe, Central America, and China. He has also developed academic exchange programs with medical schools and residency programs in a number of those countries. Dr. Molteni has consulted in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
