Richard A. Fagin DDS

Dr. Fagin earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. After graduation he served two years in the United States Air Force Dental Corp where his interest in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery continued. Dr. Fagin completed his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Delaware Medical Center in Wilmington, Delaware.

Dr. Fagin is a Fellow in the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and serves as a general anesthesia evaluator on behalf of the California State Board of Dental Examiners. Dr. Fagin is a member of numerous professional organizations and has lectured on a variety of oral surgery topics. He is a surgical staff member of Mills-Pennisula Hospital.
