Renata Campos has been the President of Takeda Brazil since January 2019. Renata Campos's career at the company started 16 years ago, when Renata Campos was a product manager and, since then, Renata Campos has been through different positions. In 2013, Renata Campos was appointed as general manager in Turkey. From 2015 to 2017, Renata Campos led the Argentina subsidiary and the South America Cluster. From 2017 to the beginning of 2019, Renata Campos was the head of the Latin America region based in Brazil.

Born in Assis, a city in the State of São Paulo, Renata Campos graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry at the University of São Paulo in 2000. Renata Campos holds an Executive MBA from the São Paulo Business School (2007). Renata Campos's trajectory in the pharma industry started 20 years ago. In 2018, Renata Campos was named 'rising star' by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. In 2019, Renata Campos was included in the most influential women in Brazil list, from Forbes.
