Regina is a certified project management and business analysis professional with experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, and consumer goods industries. Regina is primarily responsible for ensuring business processes and systems comply with corporate policies, industry guidelines & regulations, and relevant codes of conduct. Most recently, she was Senior Manager, Project & Operations Management at a major biopharmaceutical company, where she provided strategic project and process management expertise to US business and therapeutic areas as part of PMO/Strategy & Operations group. In the past, she's held several positions including Manager, Global Medical Affairs and Grants Manager/Compliance Liaison. She is based in CIS’ Newtown Square, Pennsylvania office.
