Reena J. Salgia MD

Reena J. Salgia, MD, attended the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, and was awarded her medical degree in 2005. She served her internship and internal medicine residency at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan (2005-2009). Dr. Salgia is fellowship-trained at the University of Michigan Medical School, where she specialized in gastroenterology (2012) and gastro/hepatology (2013).

She received board certification in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and transplant hepatology from the American Board of Internal Medicine and remains at the forefront of her challenging specialty via memberships and affiliations with prestigious professional societies and associations, such as the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the Association of Surgical Technologists.
