Reem El Bahtimi MD, FCAP

Dr. Reem El Bahtimi is an American Board-Certified pathologist in Dermatopathology, Clinical and Anatomic Pathology. She has over 17 years, experience in the field of Dermatopathology. Dr. Reem is currently the Founder and Medical Director of Dermpath Consult, a state-of-the-art, full-service laboratory dedicated to Dermatopathology. Dermpath Consult is a private standalone laboratory. It receives referrals and second opinions from within the UAE and Gulf region. Dr. Reem is also a Clinical Associate Staff, at Sunnybrook health science center, in Toronto. 

Dr. Reem completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical pathology, followed by a fellowship in Dermatopathology at the Medical University of South Carolina, under the directorship of Dr. John Maize. Prior to Dermapath. Consult, Dr. Reem was the Medical Director of National Reference Laboratory (NRL) and she was practiced as a Consultant pathologist and director of Dermatopathology at the American Hospital Dubai from 2000 -2012.
