Rebecca Lebeau is the Chief Health Program Evaluator at the Executive Office of Health and Human Services and, a Professor at the University of Rhode Island. With 17 years of research experience in substance abuse, juvenile justice, and statistical data analysis. Extensive experience in coordinating a number of large federally funded research grants including directed day-to-day operations and staff. Experience in both an academic/research setting and the private sector.
