Rebecca Godfrey BSc(Hons), PhD

Rebecca Godfrey is an experienced pharmaceutical industry leader with a passion for individual and team development, staff motivation, engagement and performance management. She is a scientist by background, having completed a PhD in Immunology at the University of Cambridge. Since leaving academic research, her career has given me the opportunity to build and develop a successful consultancy business, work with and lead colleagues from more than 92 countries, live and work abroad and lead organisations and groups in roles ranging from Company Director of a small consultancy to Global Head and Global Director roles in two of the world's top 5 pharma companies.
