Raymond Lowe BS, MSIS

Raymond Lowe joined AltaMed Health Services in January 2018 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He is a successful Health Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) executive with extensive experience delivering and operating complex systems. At AltaMed, he is responsible for all aspects of IS and IT for the organization, including strategy, innovation, delivery, operations, cybersecurity, data reporting, clinical and health plan applications, and business activities. of merger and acquisition.

Among his many accomplishments at AltaMed, Mr. Lowe has played a critical role in transforming the organization's clinical systems, from the legacy system to the EPIC system, with the implementation of the new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform ) system-wide, while meeting strict time and budget parameters. He also spearheaded the establishment of the critical infrastructure, cybersecurity enhancements, and application stabilization needed to support the business organization.

Prior to joining AltaMed, Raymond Lowe spent several years with Dignity Health as its Senior Director of Technology and Infrastructure. There he was responsible for the strategic design and delivery of IT transformation and optimization, including its data center, network consolidation, unified communication, and application rationalization. He also served as Senior Director of Clinical Applications and Implementations for Cerner's electronic health records at seven Dignity Health hospitals.

Mr. Lowe has more than 20 years of knowledge and experience in IS/IT leadership in healthcare, including positions with Providence Health Services in the California Region and as Chief Information Officer for Kaiser Permanente Information Technology in the greater California area.
