Dr. Gaur is one of the pioneer pathologists who has changed the trend of pathology practice in India by introducing many advanced assays & algorithms, POCs, Nextgen sequencing, flow cytometry, LCMS, bioinformatics, digital pathology, and Integrated ICT (Information Communications Technology) systems in India. He is an expert in setting up Diagnostic chains, Wellness centers, Allied Healthcare Businesses, Hospital lab management, Bioinformatics, LIMS, M&A, Skill training centers, Homecare, Mobile services, Public-private partnerships, and much more. In the past, he has successfully established 100 + independent and 30 hospital labs of various sizes and nature across the country.
