Rasik B. Vajpayee MBBS, MS

Professor Rasik Vajpayee is a highly respected ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and corneal surgeries and has previously served as Head of Cornea and Cataract Surgery at the University of Melbourne. He has significant expertise in performing laser cataract surgery and complex cataract surgery for patients with co-occurring eye conditions that can cause complications. Professor Vajpayee also specializes in the treatment of corneal conditions, including corneal surgery and corneal transplantations. He has a particular interest in keratoconus, Fuchs’ dystrophy, and pterygium (Surfer’s Eye). In addition, Professor Vajpayee performs laser eye surgery for vision correction.
