Rasha Essa Buhumaid MD

Dr. Rasha Buhumaid is a Consultant Emergency Physician at the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi, UAE and the Assistant Program Director for their emergency medicine residency program. She is also the Chair of the Emergency Ultrasound Section at the Emirates Society of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Buhumaid completed her Residency in Emergency Medicine at George Washington University, Washington, DC and completed an Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School. She is active in point-of-care ultrasound research and has taught POCUS in many regional and international workshops.
