Randy Oostra DM, FACHE

Randy Oostra, DM, FACHE, is president and CEO of ProMedica, a mission-driven, not-for-profit, nationally distinguished health care system serving northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. ProMedica’s 15,000 employees and 800 employed providers serve nearly 4 million patient encounters annually at more than 300 sites, including 12 hospitals. Oostra earned a doctoral degree in management from Case Western Reserve University, and holds two master’s degrees, one in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota and one in management from the University of Wisconsin.
