Randa Barazi is an assistant professor in pediatric Otolaryngology head and neck surgery at the American University of Beirut Medical Center. She received her undergraduate and medical degree from the American University of Beirut then completed her residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the American University of Beirut Medical Center. She then completed a fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Children’s Hospital Of Michigan at Wayne State University, before joining the faculty at AUB in 2013. Her main interest is vascular malformation of the head and neck, medical and surgical management of the airway, pediatric sinuses, otitis, and adenotonsillar diseases.

Dr. Barazi built the multidisciplinary craniofacial clinic at AUBMC and is the quality director of the department of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at AUBMC since 2014. She is the residency program director for otolaryngology head and neck surgery since 2020. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and was elected as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. She is a member of several national and international ENT societies. Dr. Barazi is also a team member of the “Michigan State doctors” humanitarian mission to Malawi. Dr. Barazi is a frequently invited national and international panelist and speaker. Shas has published many scientific articles.
