Ramin Khorasani MD, MPH

Dr. Khorasani has served as Vice-Chair for Radiology of Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) since 2002. He directs Quality, Safety, and Information Technology programs for Medical Imaging and is Chair-designate for Medical Imaging IT at BWH. As Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Imaging, he has focused on improving quality, safety, and efficiency of care in the imaging domain using information technology, knowledge management, process redesign, and change management tools/strategies.

He is an Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School. He has served and continues to serve on several national/international non-profit organizations in healthcare imaging, with a focus on quality, safety, and/or information technology. He has authored many peer-reviewed publications.
