Ram Fish is a serial entrepreneur. Prior to founding 19Labs in September 2015, he led Samsung’s digital health strategy and initiatives, focusing on building Simband, the world's leading platform for the wearable health sensors.
His corporate experience includes roles at Apple, Nokia and Openwave. His entrepreneurial experience includes founding and leading both BlueLibris (acquired by NumeraHealth), the developer of AT&T EverThere seniors health monitoring device / service and Fonav (acquired by Trolltech.) Over a span of 20 years, he has combined product development, engineering and strategy. His unique ability to bridge business, technology and consumer experience domains results in a track record of cross-functional leadership, delivering new strategic initiatives and building compelling consumer experiences.
Fish holds BS and MS degrees in computer engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Yale University. He has several patents and currently resides in Northern California with his wife, a professor of law, and their children.
