Rajesh Pandey PhD

Rajesh has research experience spanning genomics, population genetics, non-coding RNA, microbiome, mouse models and 3D Spheroids. During his doctoral studies from the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (India), he explored and elucidated the role of non-coding RNA in genome regulation during the stress response. Post-PhD, at Johns Hopkins University and Translational Research and Innovative Science ThRough Ayurgenomics, India, he discovered genomics, microbial and molecular correlates for endo-phenotypes within homogenous populations. At MRC Harwell Institute, he is working towards developing a high-throughput 3D Spheroid model of White Adipose tissue to elucidate the molecular mechanism of metabolic disorders with future drug screening potential.
