Raj Mehta MD

Raj Mehta, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician and Associate Program Director of the Family Medicine Residency program at Centre for Family Medicine, an FHMG academic practice. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency in family medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Mehta is an experienced family physician and a dedicated researcher and educator. He currently serves as an assistant course director for Tufts School of Medicine in Massachusetts, and is the medical informaticist and ambulatory lead for the Celebration Health Assessment program through Florida Hospital. Dr. Mehta was awarded the Customer is Key Service Award in 2011, Golden Apple Teaching Award in 2012 and was named the Hospital Medicine MVP in 2013.
