Rahul Pannala MD

Dr. Rahul Pannala, MD, is a Professor of Medicine and Consultant in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic, with appointments in Phoenix, Arizona, and Rochester, Minnesota. An internationally recognized gastroenterologist and advanced endoscopist, he specializes in pancreatic diseases, therapeutic endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), ERCP, bariatric endoscopy, and the diagnosis and management of pancreatic and gastrointestinal cancers.

After earning his MBBS from Gandhi Medical College in India, Dr. Pannala completed a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at the University of Massachusetts, followed by residency training in Internal Medicine at Bridgeport Hospital, Yale University. He subsequently completed fellowship training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Mayo Clinic and advanced fellowship training in Therapeutic Endoscopy at Virginia Mason Medical Center.
