Dr Pandey was trained in trauma and orthopaedics at Oxford and London. His main interests are in sports medicine, upper limb surgery, joint arthroplasty, and foot and ankle surgery. He is a specialist in shoulder and elbow surgery and proficient in arthroscopic (keyhole) and rotator cuff repair and shoulder stabilization.
He is particularly interested in keyhole surgery of the shoulder, elbow, knee, and ankle. He has considerable experience in joint replacement surgery and has been involved in extensive research involving prosthetic loosening. He has the following additional qualifications: Diploma in Sports Medicine and Intercollegiate Board in Trauma and Orthopaedics. I have also completed a Fellowship in upper limb surgery.
