Radha Krishan Dhiman MBBS, DM, MD, FAMS, FACG

Dr. Radha Krishan Dhiman is presently serving as Additional Professor in the Department of Hepatology, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. Dr. Dhiman graduated (MBBS) from the King George’s Medical College, Lucknow, India and received his doctorate in gastroenterology (DM) from the Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Medical sciences, Lucknow, India. He is a Fellow of American College of Gastroenterology (FACG) and National Academy of Medical Sciences (FAMS).

Dr. Dhiman is the author of more than 150 publications, including original papers, reviews, book chapters and a monograph. His main research work has been in the areas of hepatic encephalopathy, portal hypertension, viral hepatitis and biliary diseases. He is an Associate Editor of the Indian Journal of Gastroenterology. He is Editor-in-Chief of ‘Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hepatology’ which will be launched in early 2011.
