Rachel Ryan studied medicine at the University of Western Australia, receiving my medical degree with honors in 1998. After working for several years at Royal Perth Hospital, I moved to Victoria where I undertook specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at The Royal Women's Hospital and Geelong Hospital.
When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping fit, cooking and eating, and studying French. Her practice is based at the Epworth Freemasons Maternity Unit in East Melbourne. I deliver babies at Epworth Freemasons Hospital and St Vincent's Private Hospital. I perform gynecological surgery at Epworth Freemasons Hospital. I have a public appointment at The Royal Women's Hospital where I am also involved in teaching students and trainees. I am interested in both high and low-risk pregnancy and all aspects of general gynecology, including colposcopy and laparoscopic surgery.
