Rachel Overfield BS

Rachel Overfield is an experienced nurse director and has worked at the board level in several NHS trusts over a 15 year period. She has also held other board-level positions concurrently including operations, workforce, governance, and facilities. her experience includes working as part of the Central England Quality team at the Trust Development Authority and also working to support and improve a Trust in Special Measures.

Currently also covering the Interim Chief Executive officer role to gain a broader understanding of how charities operate and to test her ability to be a CEO. Her strengths include an ability to engage with people, lead in difficult circumstances and maintain the highest standards. She has a reputation for delivery and getting stuff done.
