Rachel Mercaldo PhD

Rachel A. Mercaldo, Ph.D. is a Research Fellow at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. She completed her Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Georgia - College of Public Health and her Bachelor of Arts at the Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus. Her Clinical Interests are Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, Host-pathogen Coadaptation, Phylogeographic Structuring, Strain Competition, Spatial Analysis, Simultaneous Autoregression, and Space-time Autoregression.
