Rachel De Boer

Rachel completed a degree in Clinical Biochemistry in 2000 and went onto qualify as a Dietitian in 2003.

She has worked as a Dietitian for 11 years, focusing on Paediatric Allergy since 2008. She currently works as a highly specialist Paediatric Allergy Dietitian in the Children’s Allergy department at St Thomas’ Hospital in London
