Rachel D. Rankin MD

Rachel Rankin is a Hospice and Palliative Medicine and Primary Care physician in the Albuquerque area. She completed her Family Medicine residency in Denver, Colorado in 2011. She then worked in rural southern Colorado and in Bernalillo, New Mexico before completing her fellowship in Palliative Medicine at the University of New Mexico in 2019. She continues to provide Primary Care and Palliative Care in Bernalillo works on the inpatient Palliative Care consult service at UNM and also works for a private hospice group. She enjoys teaching medical students, nurse practitioner students, residents, and fellows Primary Care as well as inpatient and outpatient approaches to Palliative Medicine.
