Rachel Cartwright-Vanzant is an innovative educator who is skilled at providing your healthcare team with effective strategies to change their thinking and improve workplace engagement. Legal and ethical issues are a hot topic in the healthcare industry, and Rachel has a unique teaching style which helps audiences to easily understand the complex concepts in the medical field.

She has been a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) for five years speaking and publishing for the professional healthcare industry. Rachel is a legal nurse consultant certified (LNCC), a licensed healthcare risk manager (LHRM) and maintains clinical currency with a CCRN-K. In addition to owning a medical and legal consulting business, she is completing her PhD in Public Policy and Administration: Law and Public Policy. Her policy research is focused on how clinical providers effect Health Literacy.
