Rachel C. Lucas DO

Dr. Rachel Lucas is a pediatrician, facilitator of Language of Caring Program, and Education Liason at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin (CHW). She received her DO from Des Moines University and completed a Pediatric residency at CHW. Dr. Lucas currently works at CHW Urgent Care as a pediatrician and executive team leader. Her academic interests include quality improvement through multi-level collaboration, continuing education of providers in acute settings, and innovative educational tool development. Recently, she has developed and implemented a pediatric urgent care triage system.
