Rachel A. Bonnema MD

Dr. Bonnema graduated from Northwestern College and went on to receive her medical degree from the University of South Dakota. She completed her internal medicine residency in the Women’s Health Track at the University of Pittsburgh where she also completed a General Internal Medicine fellowship with a concentration in women’s health and received a master’s degree in medical education. Dr. Bonnema works as a clinician-educator in the Division of General Internal Medicine. She is also active in women’s health education on a national level with VA Women’s Health Care. Her clinical area of interest remains women’s health and her educational interests are in women’s health and communication skills.
