Qian Luo PhD

Qian Luo, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher at Karolinska Institutet, where her work focuses on CRISPR-based technologies and translational biomedical research. Her research interests include genome editing applications and the development of innovative therapeutic strategies within the field of molecular and clinical medicine. Before her current position, Luo served as a Senior Research Assistant at Karolinska Institutet, contributing to academic research projects centered on CRISPR and gene-editing technologies. She earned her PhD in Clinical Medicine (Ophthalmology) from Sun Yat-sen University in 2024. During her doctoral training, she developed expertise in clinical and translational research, integrating molecular biology approaches with ophthalmic disease studies.
