Puneet Puri MD

After receiving his medical degree and completing an initial residency in India, Dr. Puri continued his residency at the University of Massachusetts. He became a fellow in gastroenterology and then hepatology under the mentorship of Dr. Arun Sanyal at VCU. Following his fellowship, Dr. Puri joined the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at the VCU Medical Center. His research interests include fatty liver disease.
