Priyanka Jain MD

Priyanka Jain, MD is an Internal Medicine Physician at the Santa Clara Homestead Medical Center. Her medical education was completed in India at Kasturba Medical College in 1999. She moved to Baltimore for her residency training at Franklin Square Medical Center. She joined Kaiser Permanente in 2006. She worked as a pool physician for almost three years before joining full-time at Kaiser Permanente in 2009.
