Dr Pragnesh Joshi is a specialist cardiothoracic surgeon. He specialises in all types of heart surgery with special interest in beating heart surgery and minimally invasive heart and lung surgeries. He is a fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Australia.
He has extensive experience as surgeon in Australia and overseas. He obtained specialist qualification in Cardiothoracic Surgery from Mumbai University in 2002 in India. He worked as overseas fellow/Senior Registrar at The Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital Nedlands prior to obtaining fellowship of Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
He gained substantial exposure to minimally invasive valve surgery at The Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane and also spent some time at Heart Center Leipzig, Germany. He is vastly experienced surgeon for Beating heart bypass surgery. He is proficient in all types of heart and lung surgeries with special interest in following surgeries.
